Cancellation Policy

By completing a purchase, you are provided with a Day Membership of Meteor Waterski club and accept the following disclaimer. I declare that I have voluntarily agreed to take this watersports lesson, and I am participating entirely at my own risk in practice, competition and entertainments provided by the organiser. I release the organisers, property owners, sponsors, officials, judges, boat drivers, club members and Meteor Waterski Club Ltd of all liability in respect of any injury which may be sustained by me, or loss, or damage of my property, however. I undertake to indemnify the said persons in respect of any claim made against them, individually or collectively, in respect of injury, loss or damage whatsoever arising. I give permission to the Club to use photographs and videos of myself to help promote the sport and I reserve the right not to appear in any photograph or video by making my preference known to the photographer in advance. I agree to abide by the Club’s rules in all matters. REFUNDS • Bookings cancelled by you, with more than 7 days’ notice, we will refund 100%. • Bookings cancelled by you, with between 7 and 2 days’ notice, we will refund 66%. • Bookings cancelled by you, with less than 2 days’ notice, we will refund 33%. • Bookings cancelled by you, on the day there will be no refund. • Bookings cancelled by the club; we will refund 100%. • Bookings cancelled by the club, because the weather is unsuitable for lake activities, we will refund 100%.
